Kelli Dowling Salyer started working at Just People in February 2000 as a case manager. However, considering she is Becky’s oldest daughter, she has always been a part of the organization. Kelli is currently the Vice President of Corporate Affairs and handles the accreditation and licensing requirements as well as keeps a close eye on the overall quality of the organization to make sure it keeps the “family” feel.

Kelli’s children are her proudest accomplishment. Keegan, her 6 year old son, made his debut at Just People after 6 days and her twin 2 year old daughters, Kayden & Kinzley came to Open House when they were only 4 days old. The group has been a part of it all! Kelli also has 2 stepchildren, Brooke who is 15 and Nathan who is 12 and they are often seen volunteering and hanging out on the activities, too.

Kelli says that her favorite part about the organization is that she gets to wake up each day and be excited about her job. Every day brings a new and exciting challenge or an amazing accomplishment.
